Mr. Erastus Nikodemus is the founder and the Managing Director of Nikodemus Holdings (Pty) Ltd, with its three subsidiaries namely:
- Nikodemus Architectural Design
- Greywall Properties
- Nikodemus Real Estate.
He has full knowledge in the Property Industry having been operating an Architectural business for more than 18 years in the northern central regions of Namibia. As a Developer, he has been responsible for the successful completion of numerous commercial and residential property developments.
His extensive experience in project management, property development, evaluation and contract administration provides his clients with peace of mind when executing on multi-million dollar projects.
